Can an email go out without approval? +
Never by default. Replies stay as drafts in your inbox. Automatic sending exists, but you are the one who enables it, correspondent by correspondent.
How long does onboarding take? +
Allow about two weeks. The technical hookup is the short part. Most of that time, the algorithm studies your history and your conventions with a point person at the firm: they approve or correct, Mailatio retains it. Only then does it run autonomously.
What counts as a "processed email"? +
An email counts toward your volume only when Mailatio actually processes it. Filing, attachments, deadlines and drafts are included. Nothing is billed per action, and never per user.
Where is the data hosted? +
